Information created, sent, received, or stored on the Narragansett Lions Club (NLC) Members Section are not private and may be accessed by NLC website administrators and Club Executives at any time, under the guidance from the NLC’s Executive Board without knowledge of the user or resource owner.
The Club may log, review, and otherwise utilize any information stored on or passing through its Members Section.
Systems Administrators and other authorized NLC personnel may have privileges that extend beyond those granted to general members. Members with extended privileges should not access files and/or other information that is not specifically required to carry out a club-related task.
